Having endometriosis - GF seems to be making the PMS less - but it could also be the butt load of tablets from the natropath.

i just wanna pop in here and say that AGE has also added to a decrease in PMS symptoms for me. i used to have three days of unbearable cramps when i was a teen - now in my 30s i have 12-18 hours of light no need for meds cramps. hard to tell if it's a MUCH cleaner diet, or the acu i do at week three or that im older and things change. id be curious to hear more even anecdotally about this possible effect of a GF diet.

I have endometriosis, and dropped wheat, dairy and red meat from my diet. I've noticed a definite difference in my pain levels. I'm now going gluten free, and hope to see even more relief.

I would have to ditto Jean's comments & add that I still had some symptoms until I gave up dairy - with the exception of a little good cheese now and then. When I stopped using cream in my coffee what a difference that made. I was using organic cream without rBST too. I guess my body didn't need the extra hormones from the lady cows. Not using dairy has helped to keep off the water weight that would sometimes occur.

I did get PMS prior to a gluten-free diet and it did improve after. Now that I am perimenopausal, I found I don't get hot flashes at all! Seems the inflammatory pathway is broad and anything that reduces it is a benefit to many areas.
I know my husband is very happy I am gluten Free.
